Have you ever felt like there is no hope anymore?
Like maybe, just maybe you had that one person who gave you hope but it is not the same anymore so you feel so scared, lost, meaningless without having anything to look forward to.
Like you know when you put a lot of prayers, tears, effort, time ... everything, every part of you into something ... and then when you expect that thing to work; it does not?
Instead of encouraging words, you get it mixed with your flaws.
Have you ever felt stuck?
Like even though years have passed, nothing has changed. You have the same set of complains as you did many years ago.
And maybe you think that changing your environment might help you feel better but you have no means of fulfilling that. You are hopeless and helpless.
Why would anything change for the better right now? Can you change anything?
"Oh change yourself" ... yeah, I've been trying to find ways and path to do that. Yet I feel so unsuccessful.
There are small moments though, during my research that I discover something that, at that moment, I feel a tad better. Since listening to the audiobook "Man Search for Meaning" by Victor Frankl, I always wanted to learn more about Logotherapy. Finding meaning in my life.
I joined a few Facebook group, hoping to connect with people with knowledge on it, maybe read a new naysayers comments, but yeah, that was that. It helped me that week.
But now I am here again. Today I came across grounding techniques. The 5-4-3-2-1 technique really helped to clear my head for a while.
> Look around you and locate 5 colours.
State/say them out loud when you spot/see them.
> Pay attention to your body, think of 4 things you are currently able to feel/touch.
Example: your feet inside the socks or your hand holding a mug.
> Listen for 3 sounds. It could be the sound of traffic outside or even the fan nearby.
> Tell me 2 things you can smell. That tea you are sipping or the food you cooked today.
> 1 thing you can taste. If you can't taste anything; name your favourite taste.

I don't trust anyone to tell them or try to explain all my thoughts. Unless they are knowledgeable to offer me advice; then I would feel like I did not waste my breath. My current response towards a certain relationship of mine feels like I am being toxic. This is very hard for me to accept since I always try to spread kindness in the world. So for the girl who knows the world can use more smiles, losing hers, is not something easy to deal with.
I am going to pray to overcome this unhappy stage in my life. My brain is tired, my mind is drained and my body is starving. My energy is so compressed ... I am just tired. I hope I find hope or create it ... before I lose myself further.
